Get Set for an enjoyable musical detour off the mainstream highway, touching different genres of music on each show.
After years of following the roots of different genres of music, a point in time is reached when one realizes that ALL music comes from out of this world. Scientists place giant earhorns in open fields and aim to pick up sounds that may be coming from outer space. These sounds are often just white noise on a trip, or a stream of beeps, pops and crackles! Searching for sounds that are bereft of melody, harmony and the like when all that is required is that these scientists put down their earhorns and tune into Radio Adelaide each Saturday afternoon for 90 minutes of quality music full of melody, harmony and a yearning for more.
Out of This World invites you to take a musical detour each Saturday afternoon. World music and more on Radio Adelaide, community radio at its best.
